I accidentally put a disposable nappy in the washing machine, what can I do?

If you accidentally machine-wash a nappy, don’t worry – you can get most of its absorbent gel out of your clothes with another wash, and you can get the gel out of the washer by putting on a wash cycle with no laundry in the machine.
