If there are no symptoms in the early stages, how is prostate cancer detected early?

Testing for prostate cancer in men without any symptoms is a complex issue. Unlike other cancers, there is insufficient evidence to support the routine screening of men. The benefits of screening are currently outweighed by the risks they pose. However, men who are concerned about prostate cancer, especially those with a family history of the condition, should discuss it with their doctor.
